Our story starts exactly the same as every other craft brewer’s or brewery’s story ... over a few beers in a backyard. With quality, balance, and value at the core of the brand, the team at Mismatch wanted to create beers that not only satisfied the palates of craft beer drinkers but would also attract new drinkers to this growing segment of the industry.Formed in 2013, Mismatch Brewing Co started out as a gypsy brewer, utilizing the excess space in other breweries to facilitate its growth, all while supporting those breweries that had made the investment in their own equipment. In 2017, Mismatch took its next big leap and built its own brewery, finding a home in the Adelaide Hills at Hay Valley.Today, Mismatch is still committed to producing products that can be enjoyed by all drinkers, with consistency and sustainability underpinning their core values.
Established in 1994, Nepenthe is an iconic South Australian cool climate wine wine brand based in the Adelaide Hills. As one of the first wineries in the region, we craft premium wines from established and emerging varieties that thrive in Australia’s cool climate region. Our wines evoke a sense of place and are crafted with care to cultivate a thriving, natural environment. Our newly renovated Nepenthe Cellar Door is a state-of-the-art building that makes the most of our spectacular Adelaide Hills location with its floor to ceiling windows, an expansive deck, and a Barrel Room with doors that open up directly to the lawn to ensure you have a view wherever you’re seated. Located only 25 minutes from Adelaide or minutes from the historic Hahndorf, you can be sipping our wines overlooking the stunning view of vineyards and rolling hills in no time.
78 Degrees Distillery was founded in 2014 by winemaker Sacha La Forgia. Sacha launched 78˚ Classic Gin in 2015, a product that quickly gained a reputation as a high-quality small-batch gin showing unique Australian characteristics. 78°c is the boiling point of ethanol, water boils at 100°c so 78° is the magic number that lets us distil. For our gin all our botanicals are extracted at 78°c, which is much lower than other distilleries. This allows us the ability to extract much brighter notes and truly capture the essence of the botanicals that we distil. In December 2018, 78 Degrees Distillery moved into its new home, at Lot 100 in the beautiful Adelaide Hills region of South Australia. The Lot 100 site is home to the state-of-the-art distillery and restaurant, with ample space to grow and utilise the land around it. As 78 Degrees continues to experiment, research and utilise uniquely Australian botanicals, the range has expanded to include an exciting collection of gins, vermouths, aperitifs, vodka, and Australian Whiskey. With an enviable number of awards and accolades, 78 Degrees continues to push traditional boundaries and raise the benchmark of craft spirits, all with a uniquely Australian signature.
Paracombe Vineyard and Winery, is located on an ancient 1.7 billion-year-old plateau in the picturesque Adelaide Hills. Established in 1983 Paracombe is family-owned and committed to environmental stewardship. Built on our family acreage in Hahndorf, Ambleside was built ‘from the garden up’. With an emphasis on locally sourced and homegrown botanicals that thrive in the Adelaide Hills, our spirits represent our family, our home and our passion for craft spirits. Ambleside Distillers was founded in 2016 by Matt, Trudy and Steve and has since grown into one of South Australia’s most highly awarded and loved spirits brands. In late 2021, we expanded our production space to factor in future demand, and to diversify our offering with the installation of two Australian Made stills, a 970 litre Gin still and a 1250 litre Whisky still. We’re a ‘big spirited’ family and we demonstrate our character and philosophy through our spirits, our people and the experiences on offer at our distillery door.
A family handcrafted cider, brewed on the family orchard in the heart of the apple growing region of Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills. Our passion is to showcase the signature apple and fruit flavours of the Adelaide Hills. We only brew in small batches using local produce available at the time, therefore making each vintage unique in flavour. Here at Lenswood Cider Co. we love to support local businesses and therefore when creating our boutique craft cider, we source produce from the family farm as well as other local businesses from within the Adelaide Hills. Our cider is made from premium quality fruit with no added flavours, colours, sugars or concentrate.
Mr Murphy Wine Co was established in 2021 by winemaker Josh Amos-Winfield. After a career in managing pubs and cellar doors wine was his passion. he loved to drink it, talk about it and decided he needed to make it. Mr Murphy Wine Co aims to make delicious and approachable wines using traditional wine making techniques whilst pushing boundaries to make every wine we release as smashable as possible.

Simon Tolley is a 5th-generation grape grower who specialises in crafting elegant cool-climate wines. His vineyards and cellar door can be found on the outskirts of Woodside surrounded by rolling hills and ancient gums. With the perfect amount of elevation, the vineyards offer pristine growing conditions for his grapes. Simon's wines are widely praised for the richness of fruit, the right level of acidity to retain freshness, the ability to age and good structure.
Our take on brewing German-style bier is very different to other styles of beer. Using high-quality ingredients and a detailed long brewing process resulted in ‘Das Beste Bier’. The talented team at Hahndorf Brewing Co brews traditional German-style bier under the Reinheitsgebot purity law which is said to be the oldest, still-enforced food regulation in the world. The Purity law requires that “nothing other than barley, hops, and water” be used to produce beer. The Brewhouse offers a core range of biers that include Helles (Bright) lager, ‘Hefe’ Hefeweizen and Dunkel.
Silver Bark Brewery is a small family-owned and operated brewery hand-crafting award-winning beers on our farm based brewery in Petwood, Adelaide Hills. We deliver unique, personally handcrafted specialty beers that embrace the true flavours of authentic beers inspired from all around the world. We strive to use a majority of local ingredients in our beers and some hops used are grown on site at farm. We have 8 beers in our core range including Pilsener, Belgian Pale Ale, Amber Ale, Irish Red Ale, India Pale Ale, English Brown Ale and Irish Stout. We are currently going through the planning stages to build our new brewery and tap room on our farm.
In 1986, Geoff Hardy, 5th generation decendant of the Australian wine industry pioneer Thomas Hardy, found the ideal site for growing outstanding cool climate grapes in the Kuitpo region in the Adelaide Hills. The vineyard became known as the K1 vineyard, as this unique, ground breaking site was the first vineyard in the Kuitpo region.

Two Cats Distillery was established in 2022 in Athelstone with the dream of creating world class spirits using beautiful local fruits and botanicals. We use local Adelaide Hills citrus and apples in our gins and vodka that give them a fresh and vibrant flavour. Our Mediterranean climate also gives us the best lemons to produce our Italian Style Limoncello. We carefully create unique recipes incorporating these Adelaide Hills botanicals in our boutique micro-distillery to produce our award winning spirits.

Heirloom Vineyards was conceived in vintage 2000, when a young winemaking student caught the eye of a silly old wine judge. A love story ensued inspired by two vows: To preserve the best of tradition, the old world of wine and our unique old vineyards and to champion the best clones of each variety planted in the most appropriate sites embracing the principals of organic farming. Seven long vintages of trial and error passed before Heirloom Vineyards could make a wine that was fine enough to pass on to future generations. That is this wine.
