2.4.3 Event Cancellation: In the rare event of festival cancellation, every effort will be made to relocate the event to another date and time to accommodate this. Full refunds will be available if you are unable to attend.

8. Venue Release and Indemnification Clause
8.1 Venue Usage
8.1.1 Grant of Use: Stratton Events Pty Ltd, trading as A Taste of The Hills ("Event Organiser"), hereby acknowledges that it assumes all risks associated with the use of the venue located at 41 Waters Road, Mount George, SA, 5155 and The Academy of Dressage Pty Ltd (the "Venue") during the event hire period for A Taste of The Hills festival.
8.2 Release of Liability
8.2.1 Release: The land and venue owner, Barrie and Sarita Strattion, and The Academy of Dressage Pty Ltd (collectively, the "Venue Owners") are hereby released from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the event. Participants and all other persons attending or involved in the event expressly acknowledge and agree that no legal action can be taken towards the Venue Owners for any event-related matters.
8.3 Indemnification
8.3.1 Indemnification: The Event Organiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Venue Owners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the event or the use of the Venue during the event hire period.
8.4 Compliance with Laws
8.4.1 Compliance: The Event Organiser agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits in connection with the event.
